Mandi Couch
Mandi serves as a primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the insurance and project process from start to finish. She works directly with insurance companies, answers questions, manages project details, and helps ensure customers receive everything they’re entitled to through their claims. She also plays an important role in the team’s marketing and customer communication. What she values most about the team is being part of a Christian, family-owned company where family is genuinely valued.
Outside of work, Mandi is a mom of two girls and stays busy with cheer, gymnastics, football, and all of their activities. She loves spending time with her husband and daughters camping, especially trips to Tennessee and Percy Priest Lake. Whether it’s a summer day on the lake, a fall evening around the campfire, or exploring a new trail with her kids and dog, Mandi loves making memories and discovering new places. She’s usually already planning the next adventure before the current one is over!
Tasha Emberton
Tasha is the kind of person who believes in showing up, giving her best, and doing what needs to be done. As an Office Manager, she is a driving force behind the day-to-day success of the organization, keeping people, priorities, and details connected while making sure nothing falls through the cracks. She takes pride in being someone others can depend on and genuinely enjoys being part of the bigger picture.
Strong-willed and determined, Tasha has a natural get-it-done attitude. She believes everyone has an important role to play and strives to bring out the best in those around her. Her goal is not only to make a difference through her work, but to inspire others along the way.
Outside of the office, family and faith are at the heart of her life, keeping her grounded in what matters most. She has a deep love for the outdoors—summers are spent on the water, while fall finds her enjoying the quiet of a deer stand.

As a Sales Representative for American Roofing and Exteriors, Shayna has spent the past nine years building meaningful relationships with customers and growing alongside a company that has become like family. A proud mom of three who lives in Arnold, she brings both dedication and a personal touch to everything she does.
Throughout her nine years with American Roofing and Exteriors, she has had the opportunity to hold multiple positions within the company, allowing her to grow both professionally and personally. She is grateful for the people she has met, the experiences she has gained, and the opportunities that have made her journey with the company so rewarding and meaningful.
Patrick Hurd
Patrick serves as a Production Coordinator with over 20 years of customer service experience. His goal is to make sure every project is completed with quality, clear communication, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
He takes pride in coordinating each job from start to finish, keeping our customers, foremen, and team members informed and making sure everyone has what they need for a successful project. He believes that good communication and attention to detail make all the difference in creating a positive experience for others personally and professionally.
DJ Mediavillo
DJ is a Customer Service Representative at American Roofing & Exteriors and is one of the friendly voices customers will speak with when they call. DJ’s goal is to make sure every customer gets the help they need, whether that means answering questions, connecting them with the right team member, scheduling a free inspection, or providing updates on their account. DJ also reaches out directly when something needs clarification to help keep the process moving smoothly.
Outside of work, DJ enjoys taking road trips, finding great food, and discovering new places to eat.
Michelle Rinehart
Michelle is part of the accounting team at American Roofing & Exteriors, where she enjoys using her attention to detail and organizational skills to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Outside of work, Michelle’s greatest joy is spending time with her four adult children and three grandchildren. She is also actively involved in her church community, where she leads ladies’ Bible studies and participates in various church activities and fellowship opportunities. Her faith, family, and relationships are an important part of who she is and shape the way she approaches both her personal life and her work.
Jenn Thompson
Jenn has been with American Roofing & Exteriors for six years, where she works in accounting. She enjoys helping customers and making sure they have a positive experience. Her favorite part of working at American is the people she gets to work with and the company’s understanding of the importance of family and a healthy work-life balance.
Outside of work, Jenn enjoys spending time with her husband, their 6-year-old daughter, and their 12-year-old beagle, See. As a family, they love playing games and building Legos together, attending concerts, and taking walks in nature.

A natural stickler for details, he takes pride in evaluating complex building enclosures, preventing moisture and thermal issues, and guiding projects from initial assessment through seamless execution without compromising quality.
